Glazed Blueberry Loaf Cake
This is a very decadent glazed blueberry loaf cake. It is absolutely packed with fruit, which gives it an incredibly moist, almost jam-like or dense consistency in the center due to all the juices the berries release while baking. The top is finished with a simple, sweet icing.
